CHANGE OF MIND

We want to keep our customers happy. For any reason, you change your mind of your purchase after it has been delivered, you can return the item to Made4Home provided that:

  • You contact us about the return within 30 days from the delivery. Please contact our Customer Services at 03 8669 2048 or sales@made4home.com.au.
  • The returned item is in the conditions when you received them, unused and still in its most origional packing boxes or packaging.

Please do not return the item without authorisation by our Customer Services. Our Customer Service will quote you the shipping charge for return trip. If you choose to use your own courier to return the item, you choose to bear your own risks and costs of loss and damages to the item during the return.

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect its conditions and if it is unused and still in its most origional packing boxes or packaging, you will receive the full refund less the cost of shipping both ways.

You can ask for an exchange of products and the new product will be dispatched after the original item has been received in our warehouse and inspected on its conditions and we have received your payment for the delivery charge of the exchange product.

Please note wrong deliveries, damaged items not caused by you are not covered by this 30 days return policy but by our warranty policy.

You will not get an exchange or refund if:

  • the return is after 30 days from the delivery;
  • the return has not been confirmed and authorised by our Customer Services;
  • the inspection of the returned item shows that the item has been used and/or damaged by you and/or not in most of its original boxes or packaging.

WRONG DELIVERIES, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If the products you ordered arrive wrong, faulty or damaged, we will resend the products to you at our own costs. If you want to return the damaged products and do not want the replacement, we will refund you less the shipping charge.

You have to send us a notice on the wrong delivery, faulty or damaged items within 3 business day from delivery, and the return shall be arranged within 30 days from delivery.

Please note we will require photos of the wrong products or damages before processing return, replacement or refund.

The return of wrong deliveries, faulty or damaged items shall be done within 30 days from the delivery for you to get replacement or refund.

You will not get a replacement or refund if:

  • you contact us of the wrong delivery or damages after 3 business days from delivery and and/or the return is after 30 days from delivery;
  • the damages are caused by you;

Notes:

You are advised not to open the boxes or wrappings with knifes or sharp objects as they may scratch or cut into the items inside.
