How far in advance should I book?

For major events like Christmas, weddings, or large milestone parties, we recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead as these dates fill quickly. For dinner parties and smaller gatherings, we can often accommodate same-week bookings — contact us and we’ll confirm availability immediately.

Yes. Our post-event team can arrive after your guests leave — whether that’s 9pm, 10pm, or later. We understand that some hosts want to wake up to a restored home rather than face the cleanup the next morning, and we’ll schedule around that completely.

Our post-event clean includes specialist stain treatment for carpet, upholstery, and hard surfaces. We bring the products and tools to treat wine, food, wax, and most common event stains. For particularly difficult stains, we’ll advise you honestly on the outcome before we begin.

Yes. If your event extends to outdoor entertaining areas, decks, or alfresco spaces, we include these in your event clean. Just let us know the scope when you enquire and we’ll quote accordingly.

Completely. Every product we use is plant-based, biodegradable, and food-safe. When we clean before an event where food will be prepared and served, we use products that leave no chemical residue and no artificial fragrance — just a home that smells clean and fresh.

Not necessarily. For pre-event cleans, many clients prefer to be out while we work so they can return to a finished home. For post-event cleans, most clients go to bed while we restore the space overnight. We’re completely comfortable working independently and will confirm all access details with you beforehand.
