Not at all. Some of our clients provide a key or access code and are at work during their cleaning. You will receive notifications when your cleaner arrives and when they leave, so you’ll always know what is happening in your home.
No problem. Simply contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled clean and we'll find an alternative time that suits you. We understand that life is unpredictable, and we never charge rescheduling fees.

We will honour our 100% satisfaction guarantee and aim to provide a re-clean within 2 to 4 days for any missed or unsatisfactory areas. Additionally, we can discuss an appropriate discount if needed.
We will clean under small objects and light furniture. For heavy furniture, such as beds and couches, we will vacuum or mop underneath, but we will not move these items ourselves due to the risk of scratching the floors. Customers are welcome to move the furniture if they choose, but we do not instruct our cleaning teams to do so.

Please be aware that we require parking for our cleaning team. If you live in an area where parking is challenging, please contact us to let us know if we can utilise a private parking space or if public parking is available. Any parking fees incurred will be added to your service charge. Additionally, if the provided parking space is more than 100 meters from your property, an extra fee may apply. Please note that if no parking is provided and no public parking can be found (we typically search for up to 20 minutes), a cancellation fee will be charged.
We provide outstanding cleaning services at competitive prices! We can arrange a flat rate for a complete house cleaning, or an hourly rate if you only require a few hours of service.
To secure your booking, we require a credit or debit card on file. Please note that we will not be able to complete your booking without this information. Rest assured, your card will not be charged until after the service is complete.
We are open on Saturdays as usual. If you need to get in touch, please contact us via SMS at 0420 424 355. Just send us a message, and our team will be sure to respond to your SMS or call. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
